PPA is the proud host of the Pittsburgh International Performance Competition & Festival. The 8th Pittsburgh International Performance Competition and Festival welcomes young musicians worldwide to participate in our 2023 competition. For many years, PIPC has sent over 300 young musicians from the United States, Canada, China, South Korea, Thailand, Switzerland, Germany, Australia and etc, to the highest performing stages, such as Carnegie Hall in New Year City. This year, PIPC consists of piano solo, piano duet, instrumental categories.
We are deeply grateful to all teachers, parents, and young musicians for perservering through the past several years of virtual events. We celebrated our first Carnegie Hall performance since the start of the pandemic last July. In 2023, we are holding a special festival concert at Mozarthaus & Musuem in Vienna, Austria. As of February 21, 2023, we still have a few spots left. Please email us if you are interested.
