At the beginning of each term, we will email or mail you the new schedule for the new term.
The time of the lesson and tuition rate will be explained and reflected in your contract. Please choose the method of payment below.
Please review the following studio policy, which is now available online for electronic signature. You will no longer need to mail back the printed contract.
We still accept physical checks via US postal mail, Zelle, Paypal, or you may call us with a credit card transaction.
Pittsburgh Piano Academy reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or use substitute teacher for occasional lessons. All lessons for the fall term will be taught by May 31, 2023

Students need to give the instructor a 24 hr notice if there is a need to reschedule. Last minute cancelations and no shows are not eligible for makeup or refund. In case of more reschedule lessons or makeup lessons needed.
Tuition of payments are due at the beginning of the term (if paid in full), or at the beginning of each month. Monthly payments not received by the 10th of each month will have a $10 late fee posted to the account. A monthly reminder will be sent out. Many parents choose online checks that are sent out automatically.
Students are responsible for the purchases of the books. The Academy will host recitals, performances, competitions, and summer camps throughout the year. Students are encouraged, but not required to participate in them.
